Acetylcysteine (N-acetyl-L-cysteine, NAC) is a mucolytic, expectorant, and antioxidant agent. It is used for infectious diseases that may be accompanied by the formation of viscous sputum that is difficult to separate, including respiratory diseases of the upper and lower respiratory tract.
Bromelain helps in the fight against chronic sinusitis. It not only relieves swelling and relieves other manifestations of sinusitis, but also eliminates nasal congestion.

Primula Officinalis is used mainly as an expectorant that increases the secretion of mucous membranes, stimulates the work of the ciliated epithelium and accelerates the discharge of secretions.
